I have quad core 3.0 ghz processor and over 300 gigs of hard drive however both my PCI express card slots is taken by my SLI graphics cards.

what is that HDMI capture card that you mentioned and is there a regular PCI solution.

Software I have Sony Vegas and Fraps which i think will do my job.

the HDMI card that I know of is the "Intensity Pro" from Blackmagic Design. As far as I know that's the only one out there.
