A penalty cannot be awarded for any offence other than a infringement offence inside the penalty area. You clearly do not know the laws of the game. Also, we do not need to give a card for a "last man" offence, a red card is shown for a DOGSO (Denial of an Obvious Goal Scoring Opportunity) and a yellow if the foul meets any other offence which can be cautioned, penalising the most severe if multiple fouls occur in a single movement. To add one, you didn't even mention the advantage rule...

no if you tackle her the ball is NOT automaticly placed in a penalty position because the ref can still let the game go on, or if the team that got tackled has still has the ball and a chance to score
