I'm exactly the same when it comes to this song. Whether it's this brilliant and beautiful version by Paul, or the original Rose Royce version, it's absolutely, stunningly, poignantly beautiful. Very evocative. Very melancholy. I think of loved ones lost, and wish them only happiness, while I'm wishing on a star. Gorgeous.
