just wanted to add cutting barrels is the number one reason construction workers die. all barrels should be consider dangerous, as companys sometimes don't use new barrels they recyle them the way they are formed they can trap fuel in the lip of the barrel. so even if you have a barrel that is labled it might have had something else in it. or other have used the barrel for waste ect. just to let everyone know that working on a barell becuase it is cheap might kill you. seek a profestional
