I have wanted to rescue smaller birds from the shelter, but would like to build a big enough cage so that they can fly and have somewhat normal behavior, while still keeping the house clean - a work in progress. If you search "Atlas the Pomeranian" or look at other GreatWriteUp videos, you will see Atlas hiking on the Appalachian Trail in New Hampshire or catching his frisbee. He's a fun guy to have around!
@meimeixoxxo@meimeixoxxo I started training Atlas when I brought him back from the Wicomico County Shelter, at eight weeks old. He learned quickly, as I would tell him to do things that he was going to do anyway. This approach helped him get confidence that he could succeed, and the repetition helped our communication and his interest in learning - which is VERY important for doing more advance skills or working with distractions (other dogs, people walking by, etc).
you are really good.. excelent!! I also have a pomeranian puppy 4mos I want to train him but I dont know how to start.. any tip plssss
