  • A person driving in your blind spot doesn't give you permission to fail to maintain your own lane.

  • @pissoutmyasssful- Your joking Right..?? Failure to maintain his lane? W>T>F> are you talking about??

  • pay attention.the trucker is nice enough to move to the center lane to allow on ramp traffic on. Once passed the ramp,he looks in the right mirror.NO CARS..this is when the red car is RIGHT BEHIND him.Trucker looks forward again, making a slight bend in the highway.PAYING ATTENTION.now he looks back to his right mirror.STILL NO CARS.and makes a lane change.however the car WAS IN HIS BLINDSPOT now..were doing 65 M.P.H.---- RED CAR, #1 following TOO CLOSE. #2PASSING ON RIGHT. #3 SPEEDING

  • "The trucker did nothing Wrong here."

Come on man, you weren't quite objective while you were writing the sentence/affirmation. The turn signal(s) should had been blinking a few seconds before the lane change manoeurve. The trucker did a mistake by being too hasty. All this happened (the signal, lane change, probably just a brief glance at the mirrors) practically at the same time, within a second, which suprised the driver of the car too.

  • That was a close one.
