Having done some MMJ crops, I've heard/seen police and robbers use an entirely different set of "boundaries" when it comes to tresspassing and breaking and entering. A shed is not viewed like a house when it comes to these things, meaning, people won't think twice before kicking in a shed door.

@growemgreen I am sure that if someone goes down there people are going to hear something the trick is to keep people where they belong and away from your grow room. I had a friend that let all his friends go anywhere in his house and then people started to talk about his grow room; one day while he was gone someone broke in and took over half of his plants that hit him hard he was going to start flowering the next day or some crap like that. So he learned his lesson the hard way.
