woke up next morning in the most amount of pain ever and couldn't stop walking like this, i spent about 4 hours up and down my kitchen,
went to hospital and was ok nothing showed up in blood tests etc and then spent the next 3 months practically in a coma unable to do basic tasks,
then eventually began to make it to the kitchen and bathroom and a could climb one flight of stairs, and I built it up,
I still have problems now where the lower half of my body pulls on my top half so im
ok just to update , i believe this is what happend, I
I ruptured right hip flexor and this healed in a shortneded position or simply i didn't re hab it properly
my right leg was constantly turning outwards and putting pressure on my pelvis. In the end i yanked it foward.
I think this exposed my siatic nerve as everytime I sat down I woud get unbeliable headaches.
over time i started to lose sensation in my legs and eventually went tothe gym and new something wasnt right,
