It's not for lack of trying from the richer nations of the world, who try to lift this country out of poverty, but the blame really needs to be put on the shoulders of the politicians who run these poverty stricken countrys. It is easier to control a population who are weak and undereducated. Of all the aid that is sent to these underdeveloped countries probably less than 50% actually reaches the people who really need it.

Monetary Aid will do nothing but increase the number of children that have to suffer because more parents have food to live, thus having more children (and because of their IQ of 70, they end up having far more children than they can feed. They can't even properly feed THEMSELVES letalone 5 children!! They're beyond saving and must be allowed to die. But hey.. if you would rather provide them with food and create even more suffering, that's just evil.

If you didn't know, James D. Watson was the first person to have his DNA sequenced, and his DNA proved that he was part African himself. I guess he may want to take back his argument now.

Also, IQ tests are not perfect and not necessarily the best proof of intelligence because they cater to certain cultures.

I have personally been to Africa, and met many Africans who put American intelligence to shame.

The only way for africa to get out of poverty is to export goods-services the world wants.

It's not garbage at all. You need to understand. Africans have way too many children for them to support. When people donate money, they're just perpetuating the poverty cycle because there's more money for the Africans to have children. They don't have the intelligence nor the natural resources to get themselves out of the mess they're in. Humans follow the pattern of a virus....
