Does it get bigger in size with that backplate? I want to know if it will still fit with my iphone cases...

@ZoldierrZzz Yes, it is larger - for example it protrudes slightly (c. 0.5mm) if you put the bumper case on so that should give you some idea...

I should note that the camera lense is slightly too small in this model so caused some vignetting; I ended up putting the original backplate back on...
