i'm so glad i stopped taking all the meds they were trying to putt me on. when i started at college i started getting sick a lot, (from all the shots they made me take before getting to school) and the student health center decided to put me on lexapro because they thought i was depressed. after this i would actually have panic attacks because of the medication. it also caused a few heart problems as well. luckily i caught on to what was going on early and threw that shit away.

I can't believe it took me this long to stop eating their poison. They have made us sick from their damn foods. Resteraunts are needed no more. We need to look at food differently. Let's start replacing dinner time with something else like exercising or something. I have went vegeterian about 3 months ago. I have already noticed a huge difference. I feel freaking great. I wish I would have done this alot sooner. Friends, stop making eating a big part of life. Just eat to survive. We Americans need to stop believing it's all about the food. We waste time eating big huge dinners every day. We can find other things to do for family time.
