@305418 well ive been working out for like 5 years now, i try to workout each muscle group through the week, (mon to fri) if you do that workout you will probably get a good 6 pack (probably)with in a month or so, if you do it like twice a week. it does help tho if you work out the other mucle groups bec every workout is a workout on the abs. hope that helps..
@pentin1production aw well im been hitting the gym again and now i do 2 ab workouts a week.., i wouldnt suggest you do this full workout each week but maybe do it once or twice and the other days, after a work out do like 2-3 sets of just basic crunches, that should build your abs alot faster but.... you might also be in pain due to over working your abs

I do abs/obliques about 45 minutes every other day. I'm working on an 8 pack. I would really recommend alot of leg lifts. Remeber 8 Packs come with genetics and alot of hard work ^_^
Unless you dont shed body fat, which is achieved by correcting diet, packs wont be visible =). If you have lean body fat then sticking through with an excercise will def. help you get the abs you want =)
kay. well if you read any of the info. i tell you to do 3 sets, 2 sets bla bla.. a rep is one workout. a set means, like 8 to 10 reps. 2 sets of that well you get the idea. well any ways. ive took out the ab braker and added like 5 other workouts.. each with 2 sets.. so all together my ab work out is like an hour long now. if you do the work out in this video it will probably be like 30/ 40 mintues long.
lol you'll probably really fuck your self up if you do this work out twice a day every day lol. really tho when i was hitting the gym.( i havent been there in 3 weeks. so havent worked out in 3 weeks. yet i still have the pack going ha) I was only doing this work out Once a week.
if you want to do an ab work out every day, then i would sugest just doing your regular body workout for that day then finishing it off with like a 3 -4 set ab work out of your choice.. um for example.. monday i work out my chest, then after all that do 3-4 sets of ab crunches.. tuesday ill work out my shoulders then after that do 3-4 sets of planks to mountain clib.. get it.
lol, i don't know about this workout since this workout is nuin compared to the workout i do. and ther is a thing called p90x that cood help u out alot for pple that want nice abs.

lol, i'm also really skinny, and p90x helps me alot, since most of them r max rep it doens't matter if ur skinny or overweight. also the guy who made p90x is in his 60's, he used most of his yrs looking to find the best way to workout and he figured it out. i do it in skool, and i've improved from skinny to really ripped and now i'm gettin bigger.
well. you should do other workouts through the week, pretty much all work outs, work out your abs. um for example, bench press cheswt work out, you tighten your abs while doing it.
another tip.. if you have plates(like 5,10,25lbs) you should use them on the crunch exersizes. i use them when i;m at the gym. it will probably help alot more
well you should see it right away when you do the exersize, me tho. for some reason when i do ab work outs, they show up like a few hours later. but if you keep doing the full work out once every week, it gets to the point were you have abs all through the week

lol well, it was hard to make out what you wrote,.. i think your saying your abs go away faster after a work out?. ok 2 things. you can do cardo work outs. run, bike. this will make you lose your fat and show off your muscles and for sure your abs. if your gonna do this step tho, you should be eating Alot, to gain the weigh, then lose it all in cardo. i'm a bad when it comes to eating well. so my other suggestion would be use weights?
for example i normally use 25 lbs plate when doing the basic ab crunches and the (what i call boxer crunch)/ plus on that last work out i use a 10/12 pound medicine ball for the side to side ab work out.

kay. well if you read any of the info. i tell you to do 3 sets, 2 sets bla bla.. a rep is one workout. a set means, like 8 to 10 reps. 2 sets of that well you get the idea. well any ways. ive took out the ab braker and added like 5 other workouts.. each with 2 sets.. so all together my ab work out is like an hour long now. if you do the work out in this video it will probably be like 30/ 40 mintues long.

lol you'll probably really fuck your self up if you do this work out twice a day every day lol. really tho when i was hitting the gym.( i havent been there in 3 weeks. so havent worked out in 3 weeks. yet i still have the pack going ha) I was only doing this work out Once a week.

if you want to do an ab work out every day, then i would sugest just doing your regular body workout for that day then finishing it off with like a 3 -4 set ab work out of your choice.. um for example.. monday i work out my chest, then after all that do 3-4 sets of ab crunches.. tuesday ill work out my shoulders then after that do 3-4 sets of planks to mountain clib.. get it.

lol, i don't know about this workout since this workout is nuin compared to the workout i do. and ther is a thing called p90x that cood help u out alot for pple that want nice abs.

meh, i looked up p90x, it's just a bunch or cardo type workouts.. of course it will show off your muscles bec that's what cardo is, (fat loss workout= cardo). im not a cardo fan bec im skinny anuff as it is lol.. but um ever sence i uploaded this video, i've been mucing around with my ab work out.. i added abunch of work outs from this one guys video u found. check out his ab video Keith1985nYc ... everyone check out his ab video..

lol, i'm also really skinny, and p90x helps me alot, since most of them r max rep it doens't matter if ur skinny or overweight. also the guy who made p90x is in his 60's, he used most of his yrs looking to find the best way to workout and he figured it out. i do it in skool, and i've improved from skinny to really ripped and now i'm gettin bigger.

probably becoz when u work out your abs they sort of swell up. you might have a gut so the swelling made it appear like your fatter lol

well. you should do other workouts through the week, pretty much all work outs, work out your abs. um for example, bench press cheswt work out, you tighten your abs while doing it.

another tip.. if you have plates(like 5,10,25lbs) you should use them on the crunch exersizes. i use them when i;m at the gym. it will probably help alot more

well you should see it right away when you do the exersize, me tho. for some reason when i do ab work outs, they show up like a few hours later. but if you keep doing the full work out once every week, it gets to the point were you have abs all through the week

ya thanx for reply but.. but in not fat.. im having normal physic so... wht i mean is that im doing workout and i have abs but they are not strong.. they like spongy..like cuppy cake.. i want to make it hard abs... that my problem bro...

oh...well ya no your gut is spongy lol unless you squezz your stomach muscle group? umm, i guess to tighten your abbs more, do that boxer crunch and hold it longer, and i have seen boxers lay on the ground and have some one drop a medicine ball on there stomach, they of course squezzthere abs to soften the blow of the medicin ball.. this is so they have training to take punchs to the gut. othere then that,, can't really help you out. my be you should try the hole cardo thing,eatalot/thenLoseIt

accually in working out for abs from past 2months... and they seems to be good but there are not that much hard what i need :( but they can be visible in kindoff... and they are 6.. plz say me some tips were i can my abs harder...

lol well, it was hard to make out what you wrote,.. i think your saying your abs go away faster after a work out?. ok 2 things. you can do cardo work outs. run, bike. this will make you lose your fat and show off your muscles and for sure your abs. if your gonna do this step tho, you should be eating Alot, to gain the weigh, then lose it all in cardo. i'm a bad when it comes to eating well. so my other suggestion would be use weights?

for example i normally use 25 lbs plate when doing the basic ab crunches and the (what i call boxer crunch)/ plus on that last work out i use a 10/12 pound medicine ball for the side to side ab work out.
