  • Very nice.

  • very nicely done..

  • Nothin' like an old Hoagy Carmichael tune -- nice rendition -- so nonchalant.

  • Great rendition Will. I heard it first by the Mills Bros. Probably saw them on Ed Sullivan.

  • Lovely melody to which to listen. I first became aware of this song through Phil Harris' cover and it's a good'un. Nicely played!

  • Brilliant. Such a good interpretation! 5*...really very good! lol

  • I still think it sounds like the kind of songs they use in Disneys Toy Story. I love it :-)

  • Hi ya Will, nice picking there but hey got a question for ya the bar that is on your frets does that make the picking easier? & Yes, I know your an ole pro but just wondering if it would make it easier for me too learn on my dad's C.F. Martin the strings are sometimes hard for me too hold down and I've been told that it's cause they are up off the frets? Which make them harder too hold down! dj

  • This is called a G7th capo and, yes, the string pressure is made slightly easier. I use it to raise the tone and make the tune a little lighter and brighter. :-)

  • love it

  • Ah what a great tune . . .I can hear the Mills Bros singing it now. Great job on it, a definate 5star

  • really nice finger picken there. i tried to play this, but my rendition is the death of a party :)

  • Sweet.

  • I like this rythm - great fingerpicking!

  • Hi Will, very nice rendition. You inspired me to try and play this song myself.

    Thanks,

    Jeroen

PS, I see you use a G7th capo - what a great invention that is!

  • Thanks Jeroen - most kind. Yes, the G7th is a great capo. I'm told they had some problems when they first appeared on the market, but mine's been fine and it's very unobtrusive. :-) Will
