@katemahalhk There is enough food in this world to feed everyone. Look at the amount of food the US wastes per year. God has given us free will. What should we do with this free will? To answer that question, we should feed the poor, clothe the naked, etc. This is what every Christian SHOULD be doing. If the majority of non Christians followed suit as well as the Christians who should have already been doing this, maybe those 3.5 million would get fed.

We are unworthy to be called "Children of God" but He loved/loves us SOOOOO much, we are able to be called that. How great is God's mercy! His love and forgiveness never ends! Jesus said they will know us by our LOVE for one another. I also profess my Christianity by wearing Christian T-shirts and apparrel but then when some one cuts me off in traffic I give them the finger, while I might add, wearing my Christian T-shirt, therefor giving Christians a bad name. @katemahalhk There is enough food in this world to feed everyone. Look at the amount of food the US wastes per year. God has given us free will. What should we do with this free will? To answer that question, we should feed the poor, clothe the naked, etc. This is what every Christian SHOULD be doing. If the majority of non Christians followed suit as well as the Christians who should have already been doing this, maybe those 3.5 million would get fed.

@LetJesusTouchUrLife I believe Scripture and this song is the word of God, it is a clear presentation of the gospel. The gospel cannot be offensive to the Holy Spirit, regarless of your personal feelings about the melody that it is set to.

That was the depth of love, mercy and grace. I can agree with Third day entirely. "Praise to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ" If you look at this song, and examine it, it is very biblical. It is the adopted children of God, as they are now no longer fatherless, reflecting on the powerful fact that now they have they have the best Father of all. Indeed, we who have accepted Christ as Lord and Savior, ought to tell the world what God has done for, and to, us in making us His children!

Seven years ago, On my knees, I cried out for salvation, to the Jesus the One Who had the power to make me an adopted child of God. The first chapter in the gospel of John declares that as many as believed in Christ, so these would be the children of God. That day, as I was on my knees, I was being adopted by God. Jesus died, so we, all of us, would not have spend an eternity in hell.

We are unworthy to be called "Children of God" but He loved/loves us SOOOOO much, we are able to be called that. How great is God's mercy! His love and forgiveness never ends! I found his love just two years ago and I am never going back to my old ways. Once we bask in his glory, how can anything else compare? It is the most marvelous feeling to be eternally loved! @rocktheworld201 No offense to you or anyone else but if you have to show people that your a Christian by such actions then your defeating the purpose of Christ. Jesus said they will know us by our LOVE for one another. I also profess my Christianity by wearing Christian T-shirts and apparrel but then when some one cuts me off in traffic I give them the finger, while I might add, wearing my Christian T-shirt, therefor giving Christians a bad name. Its the unsaved we are worried about. God Bless.
