Of course, follow up with a wide array of probiotics, found in yogurt, miso, or just probiotic capsules. Another time I was given some chinese medicinal herbs that also promptly solved my problem. This guy says how 2 handle it not treat it
I got it from a salad with Italian dressing that I ate one day prior to getting sick. Some bacteria can make us ill but it has definitely been getting an overwhelmingly bad rap recently. Who to blame for this? Companies advertising antibacterial products. People just seem to soak up and relish in doom and gloom. Aahhh, rant over!

Got food poisoning from a granola bar. Oh yea and tea is probably the best reliever for food poisoning you should probably drink that instead of water and try not to put sugar in it

Have pepto bismol,sprite,alkaselter,the lightest and clearest broth,unsalted crackers,water,and lightly sweetened yogurt ready after you finished vomiting. That'll give your stomach a break and the yogurt will give you a new batch of good bacteria that was lost.

The Ragu jar popped when I opened it so I know it was sealed and the only thing I can think was that while I was eating it I thought that maybe the variety (tomato, basil and italian cheese) was not that great and I wouldn't buy it again.
I made myself some spaghetti and opened a small jar of Ragu. Right after I ate my stomach hurt and I thought that maybe I ate too much. This was about 8p.m. By 11:30 I still felt bad and at 3 a.m. my stomach still hurt.
At 5a.m. I was hit with nausea so severe I sprinted to the bathroom and proceeded to vomit up the spaghetti sauce. It was like dry heaves, the retches came from so far down.....it was terrible. I was covered in a cold sweat also and strangely enough, no diarhea.
I was really sick lastnight after a kebab. Vomiting and on the toilet alot. Was feeling like crap all night, one thing that helped was putting the aircon on, for some reason it made me feel 90% better which is strange.
Ive got food poisoning from the local pizza shop. All it took was one slice of pizza, the pepperoni on it made me, my step dad and friend ill.
We made a complaint to the council about them, and the pizza shop offered us a free pizza, (what the hell???) and a refund for the pizzas we bought. It's not good enough in my opinion, and apparanrlty the health officer was there a week ago!

i just had this the other day and it hurt real bad. To stop it i had bread and gingerale, the bread helps to suck the poisin when vomiting and the gingerale helps with the pain. After I eat jello because it is easy to digest and relaxes the body.

My advice is to take atleast 2 Norrit pills, they absorb your stomach acid and makes vommit taste nutral. I had it last night, vommiting every 30 minutes all night. I can drink/eat whatever I want but I puke it out anyway. I'de rather puke a filled stomach than puking air and acid. no more filet american for me!

Two days ago I ate some fried catfish. I was feeling weak and nauseous all day yesterday. Surprisingly, I haven't vomited yet, but felt the urge to. Im feeling a little bit better today, but not well enough to attend class. I'll just skip my morning classes and see how I feel later on.

I made the mistake of eating sushi at a chinese buffet...had diarrhea and nausea for about 6 hours now as a result. It's so hard to type right now....ugh
24 hour food poisoning so far for me. Got it 7:30 in the morning and was dizzy/pounding headache. Then in the night i had diarrhea, so far used the bathroom 14 times in 12 hours due to diarrhea.
This video is a great help. I got sick around two this morning and was throwing up every half hour. Then as I felt better I was able to sleep and threw up once more. When he says sports drinks does he mean things like gatorade?
My advice if you have food pooising is just to throw up, don't try to fight it, the sooner you throw up the better you will feel and less diarrhea you will have.
I was all good lastnite till about 10 min into 2010, then it hit me outta nowhere. I hadnt drinken a drop of alcohol but I felt like throwing up. It worked out to be approx 8 hrs after consuming the undercooked potstickers.
Gravol. Bedrest. Water. I was fine the next day (AND 5 lbs lighter).
I am sick now with this and can't drink water. everytime i drink some water i feel like throwing up and i do shortly. it's beend going on maybe 10hrs now . I felt intense continuos pain in my stomach and threw up all that i had eaten. we need more tips and advice from profesionas outhere please.
I'm so careful when preparing food. I worry about food contamination all the time. I never reuse utensils for fear of cross contamination and always cook food so no red shows in meat and poultry at a high temperature. And of course disinfect any surface areas with antibacterial cleansers.

Well, anise must be poison in my system, b/c that happened to me after I ate cookies w/ anise in them.
I thought I was freakin' dying after eating one cookie.
The same thing happened when I ate black licorice, only the symptoms were even worse.

i just had this the other day and it hurt real bad. To stop it i had bread and gingerale, the bread helps to suck the poisin when vomiting and the gingerale helps with the pain. After I eat jello because it is easy to digest and relaxes the body.

Omg I had food poisoning litarally 3 hours ago, sleep made it go but damn, I was writhing in pain for like 3 hours straight prior, pain in the stomach is literally the worst I'd rather get kicked in the nuts

i just made some brownies & when i cracked the eggs, i got a bit on my fingers. i BRIEFLY washed my fingers & then i tasted some of the mixture & licked it off the finger i had raw egg on. do u think i have food poisoning?? PLZ TELL MMEEEEE!! Thanks. xx

My advice is to take atleast 2 Norrit pills, they absorb your stomach acid and makes vommit taste nutral. I had it last night, vommiting every 30 minutes all night. I can drink/eat whatever I want but I puke it out anyway. I'de rather puke a filled stomach than puking air and acid. no more filet american for me!

Ate a bad oyster on holidays in Vanuatu, spent the nite throwing my guts up in the toilet, then had a 3hr flight next morning to Aus, transfer thru customs to 3hr connecting flight to Melbourne. still in pain, looking for Dr.Youtube remedy.

Two days ago I ate some fried catfish. I was feeling weak and nauseous all day yesterday. Surprisingly, I haven't vomited yet, but felt the urge to. Im feeling a little bit better today, but not well enough to attend class. I'll just skip my morning classes and see how I feel later on.
Question: Is it a bad idea to eat imported fish? Im not sure if the cat fish I bought from Wal-Mart was USA farmed raise or not. But I did felt "funny" after eating it.

Ive only ever had food poisoning twice in my life.
I was in Cyprus & I couldnt move for 3 days and was still sick for 2 months. I was almost put on a drip, cause i hadnt eaten anything for a week. Anything i did eat i would sick up. I wanted to die. The heat made me dehydrated and my urine was black
Just got it back yesterday, but not as bad. Ive not eaten anything for over 24 hours now and im not even hungry. I weighed myself and ive lost half a stone.

I had suspect chicken this weekend followed by SEVERE abominal pain, but no vomiting, etc. Tried vomiting to no avail, but it's a lot better now.

24 hour food poisoning so far for me. Got it 7:30 in the morning and was dizzy/pounding headache. Then in the night i had diarrhea, so far used the bathroom 14 times in 12 hours due to diarrhea.

This video is a great help. I got sick around two this morning and was throwing up every half hour. Then as I felt better I was able to sleep and threw up once more. When he says sports drinks does he mean things like gatorade?

My advice if you have food pooising is just to throw up, don't try to fight it, the sooner you throw up the better you will feel and less diarrhea you will have.

I was all good lastnite till about 10 min into 2010, then it hit me outta nowhere. I hadnt drinken a drop of alcohol but I felt like throwing up. It worked out to be approx 8 hrs after consuming the undercooked potstickers.
Gravol. Bedrest. Water. I was fine the next day (AND 5 lbs lighter).

I am sick now with this and can't drink water. everytime i drink some water i feel like throwing up and i do shortly. it's beend going on maybe 10hrs now . I felt intense continuos pain in my stomach and threw up all that i had eaten. we need more tips and advice from profesionas outhere please.

I'm so careful when preparing food. I worry about food contamination all the time. I never reuse utensils for fear of cross contamination and always cook food so no red shows in meat and poultry at a high temperature. And of course disinfect any surface areas with antibacterial cleansers.
