Not too bad. I'm sure you were new when you filmed this vid, and are much improved since then. Now don't get too hateful on me for my critiquing. On both your forward and back takeoffs, be sure you really ride the board and get as much height as you really can. Then wait on your height before throwing your dive. With both these tips, you'll stay in more towards the board, and will change those 3.5-4.0 dives into 5.0-6.0 dives.

I had shoulder surgery one year ago and started up again in march, and since then, I've got almost all of my dives back. 1 meter is 103b, 201b, 301b, 401b, 5231d, 104c, 203c (will be 203b soon), 303c, 403c and 5122d. 3 meter is 103b, 201b, 301b, 401b, 5231d, 303b, 403c, and I still need to get a back optional and another twister.
awesome. i'm glad you're getting over your surgery. i'm just starting on 3m, but on 1m i have 103b, 104b, 105c, 202a, 204c, 302c, 304c, 402c, 403c, 5132d, and 5221a. i actually can't do something as simple as a 401b. inward dives just never went well for me. but on a good day i can pull off a 5.5 on an inward 1 and a half. i'm kinda an odd diver, hahah
@divingcrazed I've watched your vids from january. much improved for sure. on your backs, you are trying to push back from the board. keep your shoulders over your toes and get a nice high extension before throwing into it. that will keep your distance to the board under check and will get you a couple extra point. on your inwards, you're hipping back just a little bit and that's taking you back from the board too. ride that up too, and you'll spin much faster and stay @ the board
good vid, i just started diving and got my reverses, but i hate inwards, they terrify me because i almost smacked my face on the board twice. But yea your awesome at diving:)
Well you can shut the fuck up. I've fixed that. Just because you can't dive, doesn't mean you have to post rude comments on other peoples videos, okay?! And i've gotten a lot better since this meet too. I have 1 and a halves in all directions on both boards.
