Due to the circumastances of her birth, different rules apply to Jenny. It's debatable as to whether her inherited Time Lord DNA or the Source's terraforming gas (or possibly both, given what she breathes out upon regenerating appears greenish yellow) was the cause of her resurrection.

if she a spawn of the doctor then she may be enogh of a timelord to regenerate buit not change her face or not fully heal herself it was a bullet not a dalek laser
They've used the second-encounter-low-probability thing two episodes ago. Not likely to be used in the next full series.
She did not do the same thing as the Doctor. There was no receptical for the extra regeneration energy and I doubt she'd be able to do it on her first regeneration.
The Breath of Life probably has something to do with it, or she used a plot device from the old series: Time Ladies do not have to change appearance when regenerating.
