@UltraKirby25 Talk to Lenzo (the pictograph guy) after you've gained the pictograph. He'll ask you if you want to be his assistant. Then, he'll tell you to do 3 taskes. Complete them and he'll ask you to go to Forest Haven and get a forest firefly. Catch and bring it to him. Then, there you go. Hope this helps.

you have to go to the forest haven and catch a forest firefly and bring it to lenzo and he will add it to your pictobox and you will then be able to take pictures in color

@animelover43694 Go to the Osama Bil Laden looking guy, he'll tell you to be his "assisant." After you agree, he'll tell you what to do. After you accomplish his three tasks, go to Forest Haven, and look for the rainbow flirefly.
