It would be nice to get paid the balance of the $360,000 on this project since the note is over 6 months in default. How about it Brad. Teach them how to pay for what they do as well as do the deals. What a novel idea. Maybe your students will learn not only to do the deals but to actually pay their debt and avoid foreclosure.
