why the hell would he need to? All you have to do is tell the ref which is exactly what he does, lol if it came to the point where after telling the ref, laughing moaning etc he still didnt do it then a new ref is required lol cos that ones dead. Having said that i understand now what you mean, you mean if ALL else fails and the ref is actually dead then can players touch the balls and as i know it all heres the answer, Oh ok, i dunno.

this was the same guy who took 30 mins to ask Docherty and Pinches I think, about 30 mins if they want a rerack in 1 match.
