I have a Rogers 8120. Would unlocking it allow me to use the browser using WiFi as well as other options such as bluetooth? Right now everything is blocked since I don't have a data plan.

@spades911 yes. I had Tmobile 8120 and it wouldn't let me surf the web on wifi but once i unlocked it i am surfing it for free :D :D
