I remember when I had trouble pronouncing things too. Just try to keep from using the "a" as in "cat", "i" as in "it", and "u" in "put". And remember to get in lots of listening practice. :D

Your nihongo is sounding excellent. And take note of the comments on pronouncing 'suki'. In my 'mata rai shuu' video around 00:32 you can hear 'anata no buroggu ga dai SUKI desu'. That's the pronunciation I have picked up.

For someone like me who's not going to school and doing self study.. notes in the sidebar for what your saying would be very helpful.

For one thing, we should listen to your lessons and try to hear what your saying.

Then we can click more info and read it, might make a good way to learn what's being said and we can train our ears/sharpen our listening skills.

Just a thought, I don't know much much trouble that would be though.

Japanese pronounciation seems so hard for english speakers.I guess being french-canadian it's easier for me since the japanese syllables sound the same in Quebecois french.
