I think Callie was just trying to lighten things for Addison. And I think the look on Addisons face is more to do with the fact that Callie has changed a lot since she left, and yet she is still the same. I really liked this scene. Callie and Addison are a great team, and no one else could have come out with a prayer like that and made Addison feel better from it. Thats what good friends do.

i liked this scene. it seemed like she was making her confession but also helping addi at the same time. i also think think that this relationship between callie and aizona will work better with the network. i think that the network freaked out when erica had that coming out speech but i think that ariona is already out. because of this i think that callie will be more comfortable with arizona too. i love callie and sara ramirez!!!!!!!!!

Actually, Addison is a neonatal surgeon (operates on just-born babies) as well as an OB, so I think it's her Callie is tallking about.

Hence "You save babies..." etc.
