i had one. for the most part he would say all the time. Joey's a good boy, Joeys a good boy. lol but then he flew out of my window in the city. cried for a very long time. still miss him. Joey IS a good boy.

their wings are cut wayyyyy to short and not cut right at all!!
You need to give the person who cut their wings a hair cut with a weed wacker and see how they like it.
