I never said I didn't like it just because it was all about Naruto, I hate it because: more than half the characters are homosexual, everyone is depressed, the characters are redundant and repetitive, the fighting isn't worth the wait, and the other half of characters who aren't gay are retarded.

But FMA? o_o Have you even read or watched it? The first anime has some of the most profound themes and deep characters in any anime I've ever seen (I personally find it to be deeper than Evangelion). The manga is just a great ride in general and has one of the most well-thought-out stories I've ever seen. It's all subjective of course, but you should check it out before bashing it.

Alchemy was a real study and generated the basics of modern day chemistry, it is not "fix all of your problems and claim it's alchemy" . FMA takes the name of alchemy, and gets rid of all the things that made it alchemy to begin with, so all it has left from alchemy is the name. FMA then acts like alchemists have 'god-like' powers.
