I don't know why, but the chatter and noise in the background emphasizes the passion of the music for me personally. Even though not every person is listening, Jeff and Julian seem to be playing merely for themselves and those who are appreciative of it. They're playing to express themselves, and to show those who appreciate it. That's something special to me.
