wow...u reeli need 2 get a life...both uv them problobly would suk...lucario reeli dousnt suk...his recovery is wut crashes him on tha meta-game scale; it gets gimped so easy (you attack them[wall of pain] and jump on tha ledge, u r invincible for lik 1 n a half seconds... so he is unable 2 get on ta ledge) also his recovery is bad becuase if he gets attacked, even if he completes tha up-special, he is parylized frum attacking, jumping, speacialing, etc...

lucario is mewtwo just with more physical the mental attacks even though lucario is a fighting/steel type but it looks like he uses psychic moves like the aura sphere which looks like mewtwos shadow ball from melee

Lucario is really good. He's one of my bests to. Me and my friends made a "test your level" thing that'll tell you your level, it turns out i'm level 18 with Lucario; I did NOT expect that. Anyways, Lucario is really sweet; and the challenge of keeping him alive but still getting hurt for power, is so fun.

Dr. Mario and Pichu should have been the only ones taken out because there are similar characters in the game. Mewtwo should not have been taken out however. Lucario was probably added so that people would be interested in it and would be tempted to buy some of the Pokemon games.

All you have to do is finish adventure mode. Somewhere in there, there's an ice mountain and you use the characters ice climbers and metaknight. At the top is Lucario.

There is a easier way to unlock Lucario. During sub-space whip his hide and kill him with Meta-Knight to get him to join your party. This unlocks him in Brawl. (He's near the end of sub-space)
