ParkourGenerations, if I buy this DVD is it like an instructional DVD that will show me how to train, like what movements to do and how long to do them? I like your uploads but am not sure how long to warm up and how long to work out.

Well, the original tracuers were from Lisses, France if im correct. This video is just a trailer of the parkour generations group traveling the globe and giving workshops and stuff. I know there were shots of centeral park, NYC, and im sure of places in England and France, too.
