  • With all due respect to him, David Prowse is not the best actor in the world....!

  • Darth Vader vs. Grand Moff Tarkin

  • @snakes3425 The Emporer must be at happy hour somewhere in the Death Star with Jabba The Hut..

  • I love that Virtual-Boy type filter in 2:08!

  • This was the first Frankenstein movie I saw when I was little and really moved me and made me sympathize with the "monster". Also the various surreal and insane aspects just really really appealed to me... helped shape me.

  • Kind of thought it was a pie @1:33

  • That Frankenstein monster is really awesome, I like it how he looks like a cross between a bigfoot and a Frankenstein!!!

  • He can't be frankenstein monster .....You'r Monster's to BLOODY ugly looking,,,

  • @frankenstien53 So, you want a beautiful Frankenstein monster ?

  • The dude form the court sounds like the old Dracula Van Helsing.

  • Hammer is so magical and wonderful! Frankenstein franchise was my favorite! Thanks for the great times, Lee, Cushing, FIsher, Jimmy, Carlson, and everyone else!

  • He looks like an angry rabbi.

  • My older brother's girlfriend, Sheila D'Union, was in this film. She played the nutty girl Gerda, who was molested by the asylum warden, and then helped to bash the monster to death at the end. She died of cancer in 1994.

  • This genuinely a great Frankenstein film but it was out around the time of The Exocist so looked cheap and nasty in comparrison!

  • what is that creature accually supposed 2 be ?

  • @2009hellraiser Human but the body was of a man who was a freak genetic throwback who however possessed impressing physical strength.

  • Darth Vader himself played the Monster in this movie. David Prowse!

  • The monster also looks like the Wendigo from Charmed season 1.

  • This movie marked the end of an era. You can see the set design and the props were fading in quality, but the acting and unique monster makeup made this a unique feature. Long live Hammer films!

  • @Villesanti I actually thought the set design and props were great in this film, and the monster make-up poor.I enjoyed the more explicit goriness of the film though, and you can't fault Peter Cushing's brilliant performance.

  • @richwicz do you know where i can get this on dvd.

  • @MOVIEmania709 Unfortunately, nearly all DVDs of this film were heavily cut (including the US release). The only DVD which had most of the cuts restored was a German one, which is now sadly out of print.I've got the German DVD but there's no way I'd sell it.You can look for it on Amazon, it goes under the title "Frankenstein's Hollenmonster".

  • @richwicz thanks i would have gotten it but i got frankenstein conquers the world so yeah thank you.(:

  • Hammer's last great film

  • @Ultraslainmonkey lets hope that things turn out for the better as Hammer Studios mounts a comeback.

  • @bobbyshaddoe3004 hope say....New Hammer hasn't hit the right notes for me yet

  • Great Trailer,The MONSTER from HELL.
