@wtfjaftw Well, their new record label "Season of Mist" is a European label, I think that might have something to do with it. :( It really sucks, they barely play any shows in the country they are from. Its the same for a lot of bands. Even the "Big 4" thrash bands Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer & Anthrax, are only playing one U.S show and touring all over Europe. Yet they are all from the U.S. I think it has to do with money. Maybe bands are getting paid more overseas by promoters.

@arise212 It's because alot of American "metal" fans think that Disturbed and Slipknot are the "real deal" so they don't take the time to check out the bands that started it all. It's sad to see all these people missing out on such influential metal bands such as Sabbat, Kreator, Bolt Thrower, Possessed, Venom, Overkill, Sodom, Iron Maiden, and so many others.

@arise212 Basically what I'm saying is not many people in America these days take the time to go see bands like Morbid Angel and so on, unless they are already fans of the band, so it's kinda pointless for them if they tour over here. My friend went to a Vital Remains show maybe a year ago at some hole in the wall bar in front of like 10 people. You know how they got paid for that show? Free pizza. I don't think these band want to travel the states for glorified practices and free pizza.
