Oh dear. What an embarrasement for the United States of America. There is a major protocol blunder in this video. In the written preamble scrolled up it refers to His Imperial Highness, the Emperor of Japan.
The Americans do not seem to know it is His Imperial Majesty, the Emperor of Japan. Royal Highnesses are the sons and daughters of the Emperor and Empress.
