why, you dont like people doing things the right way or doing something once instead of twice??...the kill switch is for emergency use, thats why its there,with continued use over time it will eventually break, maybe when you need it most...why kill the engine and then the electronics when you can do it in 1 move.Its then impossible to forget the ignition on.Ever come out to your bike to find a dead battery cause you left your key on, no? then you havent been riding too long...stop whining

new silencers will smoke a little i think theres a light weight oil applied to lkeep tham from drying out on the shelf you know,and if there not alum or stainless it keeps them from rustin maybe, i have seen it on a lot of them not just this one

or it might just be the packing getting hot for the first few times of use

Yes, there is a thin coat of oil on these when new. Hopefully he cleaned the outside of the cans before they got hot. If not, any fingerprints or other marks can become permanent on the titanium.

No you dont even need a power commander with those 2 Slip-on pipes,and the factory tuning and mapping will work......But if he go's 4-2-1,he will have more compression,he'll get better results on a Dyno and in real world!!!

I had double slip-on pipes on my Busa just like that,and went down to 1 pipe,and gained.

When ordered, there was no can size option. They had just been intriduced, so Tiforce would know the size of the 1st models

I have the 08 hayabusa and im having the dealer install a full titanium tiforce exhaust and a PC3 in a few days.

Tiforce is a very high quality, well made exhaust.

The only people who complain about tiforce exhaust are those that cant afford one.

I paid $1600 for my full dual tiforce exhaust.

installation was about a 2 out of 10 as far as difficulty. Took me about 45 minutes, hardest thing was getting the old "donut"gaskets out of the stock pipes for reuse. If your bike has many miles on it, just buy new gaskets.

I own the '08 ZX-14 and it's very quiet unless you want it to be loud with a simple tug or two on the throttle...quiet as a 'ninja' can be good because you don't want to alert the sleeping cop around the next curve but you can be loud when you want. I guess that's why it's called a 'Ninja'.

yes these are the high mounts and a standard mount is offered by Ti Force that retains the stock passenger foot peg location and the hard bags will work as well. I am very happy with the quality and sound of these pipes.

nice for a pair of duals! Not blisteringly loud like a single exhaust which will tell every cop within a mile when your speeding, but a good bass note for nearby drivers to hear and notice you and not cut you off changing lanes.
