I've been thinking about this. There is no guarantee that Obama will legalise Gay Marriage. In terms of priority, sure LGBT health must be the highest priority. That does not mean that LGTB marriage or civil union or what ever doesn't matter. It just means that a more inclusive and urgent matter that effects us all is health, especially those who are HIV/HVC and so on... The US needs a universal health system like Australia and Europe.
