  • hello, sorry about my english, im starting to learn it, so i just want to ask u if its correct to pay 700 usd for a raleigh mk2,,,,, someone in my town has one, and he wants 700 dollars for it,,,, would it be fair? how mucho does that bike cost????

  • this bike is miles to small for you just dont look right on it the seat looks awfull that high up it spoils the bike sorry dude

  • i think that is a bit small for you i just trade it in on a road bike or beach cruser that fits you getter and easyer and more comfertable to ride

  • Excellent Job Mate. I seriously considered doing a similar thing at one point and would've been seriously helped by your Video. In the end I was Blessed to get my Mk2 Prizzy. I had to modify that a bit too with a bit of Divine inspiration.

  • good work. I personally have never liked the MK3. Ypu would probably have been better off and saved up to get a classic MK1 or MK2.

  • I am trying to put mk2 seat onto my mk3 but am hoping to do so without using gaffa tape & a weightlifting bar. Any advice/tips would be much appreciated ???

  • its eally good converting a mk3 to a mk3.5 i would have called it a mk4

    its gave me a idea to do the same modifications to my mk3

  • With the money you wasted on the mk3, which includes buying it!! You could have bout a decent mk2 or an ok mk1,

    you should be asking your self, what was the point of making this video!!!!

  • MKIII was £30 tools and pipe i had, just got the bar and seat from ebay. Plus did not want a MKI or MKII as youngest son sits where shifter used to be when i take him for a spin. I have a purple MKII frame if I want to set up that.

  • siick dude. i have just being trying to find the parts to do this. got a mk3 today for £40 with a one scrape on the chain guard.

  • @tristansster even when these mk3's were brand new (200 quid) mk2's were nearly double that.

    And dont even get me started on the price of mk1's.

    There was a one-off 16 speed which went for 5000 quid on ebay.

  • hey has that seat post been re-chromed.Now all you have got to do is super glue a door handle to the top tube,and no one would know it was'nt a mk2.Enjoyed your video thanks.
