Marbury hasn't done shit anywhere he's played. He has no leadership skills and shouldn't be the captain of the team. Just look to real point guards like Kidd or Nash if you want to see leadership in action. Larry tried to get Stephon to play team basketball and Marbury couldn't hack it. Yeah sure he makes some nice individual plays. But he doesn't elevate the play of those around him, and most importantly, he doesn't provide leadership and inspiration for the team.
