I would like to point out that the man did one thing very useful-- that is also the teaching from the world champion Marcus Hilton that the natural turn with the right foot forward,between the lady's feet. That is very important! and the man in the video did it correctly. Congratulations. Now comes the challenge for most dancers---the Fleckerls! that is intimitating to even the world competition finalists! You know how I found it out? Easy. Because they avoided the Flreckerls!---dancewu(dot)net
