I met him in Mexico while I was practicing at Budo UNAM and indeed he was such a great master... my teacher, a lady, was student of him at Japan. He came to Mexico at least 3 times to perform exams and seminars.

My first seminar I was on some months ago was structured like this: we were about 50 people in a sports hall. The seminar was on a weekend and every day we trained about 2-3 times. The sensei who organizes the seminar shows the techniques in front of all and then you start training with the others. So you are actually there to learn how it feels to train with people you don't train every week with :)
Hey, I read the german version of your book "Aikido - the peaceful martial art" and really liked it. It is great to get the philosophical aspect of Aikido and i can even use it for my Karate training
Nice Nice Video. I really loved your video. Youtube can be a great asset for you. If you need any help getting your video exposed, check out this site called tubeviews [dot net] It has really done wonders for me, I have built 3 Channels up with videos at top in position and this is my forth channel i'm going to working on.
this master was realy good, i recently acquired his videos and i especialy enjoy the way how he explains all the techniques. Truly a reference to all aikidoka.
This is true, but new "good ones" are springing up. Aikido is something that is revealed through experience and personal refinement. It's not something exclusively limited to individuals. However, in today's societies, it is rare to see individuals so committed.

Thank you very much for posting this video!
This is very interesting for me, because one of my aikido teachers was heavily influenced by Nishio Sensei.
I also enjoyed many of your other videos, keep up the good work!

A truly inspiring budoka. Shame it seems all the really good ones are dying off ...
