why not, in Iran anyway, incorperate Zoroastrianism into Islam. meaning Islam in Iran overlaps Zoroastrianism and preserves relevant local beliefs that fit the framework of Islamic belief................in Ireland St.Padraigh was very successful with this tactic. which is why there was no war during that theological transition.
