Carrie, it's great that you WANT to get fit and healthy, but you really don't NEED to loose anything. Let Hollywood and Madison Avenue brainwash the masses with their unattainable images of vanity. Your refreshing honesty and sincerity could only have come from the beauty you've had all along.
Count me in! I want to go to England & go David Walliams stalking......I mean, see the historical sites! It'd be nice to be able to fly for 14 hours without feeling like the seat is going to burst! My sister works @ Curves & she's lost about 45 lbs since she started. I want to do the same, so we'll see how close I get!
Ms. CarrieEmmy. I just had to post on this one. I am not doing to bad, but I decided to put myself on a strict no peanut butter and no chocolate diet. Both are my downfalls! I want to lose a few pounds so hopefully that will work. Try "THE Firm". They have done WONDERS for me! I LOVE IT! If you want try them, go to Borders and pick up "Dangerous Curves Ahead." That workout won a few awards last year. I also have been avoiding running. So, I will do that this week.
Sparkpeople is an amazing free website that let's you browse healthy recipes, forums, it has a food tracker, a weight tracker, etc! It's great! Check it out!
I have no lofty goals, haha, it sounds like fun. I suppose I could be here weeky confession and support. Count me in as long as I can text talk and not video talk too much. Losing weight is something that I have to do anyway.
Okay, an update. I weighed in on Monday. I didn't lose anything but I didn't gain either. I have been down 2, even, up 2 and even. For the last 4 weeks.
Ok I have been talking about doing this forever and a day... I stopped eating well/working out at st2, then got my back injury for over a month, my back is basically better now, and i gained back 6 of the 12lbs I lost before ST2, SO I am so in! SO SO IN! What do I do, when do I start, now??? like right now?? can i eat my kitkat bar before I start tho cuz i just paid for it seriously lol

I'm in a group that is trying to walk 10000 steps a day. It's a lot. I have yet to break 5,000. Maybe over the weekend.

Ahh I just lost 40 pounds, but I've got 10 to go! So yes I can totally join this club.
I set my goal for 50 pounds, and we are going good, didn't set a time limit though :). Hopefully it'll be off before I go on vacation (2 months :D)
