How about getting rid of the SAT altogether since it really does NOT assess an individual's learning needs well at all?

@HiryuGouki I think colleges should make their own tests to determine class placement right after applying to college; right now, people need to go to school and get good jobs MORE THAN EVER because of our crappy economy, and turning down people for poor SAT scores is not the solution. While colleges WOULD be over full, you think colleges would WANT to have all of their slots filled so they can get people in and out of the college faster, huh? Funny how that works.
