What I think is that no matter what your personal habits are, nothing dictates how successful or dictates your confidence. I play WoW all the time, I have a girlfriend, I have a 4.0 in svhool, I work in the summer, and I have confidence. To gain confidence, look for anything you believe you are skilled within and obsess. If it is not something you take pride in, then obviously do not obsess over it, though.

@nuromancr I'd definitely say so, yeah, I don't think it's beneficial to be too hard on yourself. Unwinding, relaxation and entertainment aren't bad if you ask me, but it's more a personal problem if they become your main occupations

And playing video games is one good activity ( when you're not obsessed with them, like I was in elementary school >.< ).

I think a more apropos video would be how to successfully integrate something like Cata into a normal lifestyle... which can then evolve into a more healthy/confident self image. You aren't going to get 10,000 nerd subscribers to stop killing orcs and elves, but you can make them feel better about it- and then based on that they can develop their personalities further.

I watch the videos because they are entertaining, and offer a different perspective on what interests me. Neither do I think you understand the jist of the video.
