How to mod a Cybergun SW40F - Slide lock after last bullet is ejected.

I just got this gun used from ebay for 19 bucks and I did this mod and it works great. I just used a sharp knife to shave the little bit off. I tried to loosen the spring but i couldnt with the tools i had. it works pretty good. Nice find

Hey dude, you know you said that you've got a metal slide now for the sw40f? can you upload a video on it and give it a quick review? just like say if it fits on the cybergun version, if the fps changes, if it changes the perfomance of the gun, if the lock back and release is much smoother.. etc....

@tomsaba1 Yeah it would lock back with that mag and yes i have found a metal slide for this gun BUT its out of stock and they say that it wont be back in stock for a long time. The website is redwolfairsoft(dot)com

@Tbbfe The website i found extra mags on is ehobbyasia(dot)com > Magazines >gas pistol magazines > KWC > KWC short co2 sw40f magazine. The mag is for KWC version of this gun but i did a comparison and it will work. Its the same shape and everything, its just not the extended version and its by Kwc not Cybergun

but wouldnt the gun have too much force when you actually shoot it with bullets and when its auto locks wont the ABS plastic crack ? since of too much force. But anyways im trying now so yh THx

@EnemyLinesEditing I dont know. Ive put more them 1000 rounds through mine and it hasnt broken or cracked. And i dont see how this could damage the gun in anyway. If it does crack then it would have cracked either way. this mod isnt changing any presure which could increase risk of it breaking. It just enables the slide lock feature on the gun
