At 3:10 he references being covered for a failed broker. This isn't the case of a failed investment. This is a case of grand larceny! Madoff admits that no trades were made. You'd have to MAKE the goddamned trade in order to have it fail!!!! It's bad enough they're treating the investors in Madoff as criminals instead of victims. This wasn't a get rich quick scheme. It was pure and simple investing, just as people do with Goldman-Sachs and other investment houses.
