Go work for or start a Hedge fund so they may teach you how to rape,pillage and manipulate the markets. That is what they do. It is precisely why the markets are at these levels because their is a collaborative effort to manipulate them. It is all done with automated models that push markets to irrational levels. The exchanges make a fortune off their transactions so they could care less about what they are doing. And then finally the nice fat contributions to Congress. Regulation? Never.
