recently bought protools le8 and a couple of self help books, like 'pro tools 101 official courseware', the book came with a DVD with this on it, buuuut the video aspect didn't work!!! so thank you for putting this on here (Y)
i'm like watching sesame street.. but this is good... im still confused on which app to use... i have mixcraft that kinda sucks and crashes it's still buggy.. and acid pro which is like a complete confusion... and i don't use mac.. i want the simplicity of garageband... any suggestions pls?
So why not listen, Many people want 64 bit and i think ignoring this market is a very Dangerous thing. sorry to post this here but digidesign dont seem to want to listen.
7.4... 7.schmour...I WANT PRO TOOLS 64bit!!! c'mon your meant to be the god damn industry standard! why the hell is digidesign so behind! even cubase and sonar amoung many others are using 64bit!!! more and more people are buying new systems and vista 64bit is the choice people wanna make! limiting such a powerful program to 2gig of ram is silly.i think i would be safe in saying that the market for amature recording with Mbox's through to didi 003's etc, is a HUGE part of digidesign revenue
How are you doing glad to meet you at the AES convention in New York. When will the DVD come out with Elastic and tutorials on 7.4 with all the instructions that you have put up here.

I'm thinking about buying Digidesign with pro tools LE.
what is 64bit- i don't know anything about digidesign and does it work with windows vista

Their lack of 64bit support is something that just doesn't make any sense--they're supposed to be cutting edge. 4 years ago is NOT cutting edge.
