I liked this one too (great remix) but, even though the manual art shows his blades as saws, in the actual game, they are cogs or gears that just happen to be very sharp.

Basically the lyrics have the robot masters having some kind of love interest in Megaman (except heatman), so the thing with Metalman and Quickman is sort of a competition for affection from MM. Hyadain remixed the songs so that the last part contains a clip from the robot master's song that the other is weak to. I'm assuming that Quickman ends up winning Megaman at the end since he has Metalman's weakness.
