When I was about 8 the neighborhood saw the strangest ball lightning, a lot of us saw it, no one got a photo, it was hard to describe, move quickly and destroyed a lot of stuff, the fire dept came and put out a lof of fire it caused. Made a weird buzzing and snap crackling noise too, loud, that is what drew the attention and it was in no big hurry lol, weird memory..it was a about 3 feet wide ball of fire, it was flying/floating along almost paralell to the ground, well going about 20mph

Exactly what I've seen in the south of Spain, some 15 years ago. The differences are it was during the day, it lasted about... 10 seconds and it was moving slowly. I know that almost everyone jokes and say it's fake but I (and you) know I've seen it. Lucky ones who did also. It's difficult to believe, even when you see it whit your own eyes.
