  • Is this game between 4th and 5th Mix?

  • this CS version was released during the arcade debut "DDR 5thMIX"

  • we never get the good JP only games :'(

  • ah, my first dance dance revolution on PSX... how i miss it ;____; this was for me, the golden age of DDR

  • @Zargat yeah, the new editions are trash, they are even including kesha`s music

  • agree, GOLDEN AGE of DDR are with "Dancemania" partnerships

  • @PemtiumVideo blame that on them not trying to give the fans of the original games anything: they want to rake in every penny they can, and sell out to the generic, worthless music market here in the states. Cheaper to do that here than port over licenses that the owner companies don't want to market in the states.

  • this was my favorite one!" i have bootlegged copy back in the day but it was a cheap disc so it was damaged

  • The new characters for I'm Alive look like they were drawn by a Primary school student.

  • As you may all know, Petit Love hasn't been on ANY DDR HOME VERSION. But, this song can be played in Dance ManiaX since the song's there.

  • I think I just found out whats wrong with the song called DO ME. 0__o Anyone else get it?

  • one reason is its a Konami original song, another weird song =)

  • @dancervic ok, u dont get what it means at all.

  • If I ever get a Japanese PS, I'd probably get this and DDR Best Hits. ^_^ it pretty much covers the whole PS1 DDR series.

  • That song got replaced by groove 2001

  • I wish this game had Petit Love. D:

  • agree

  • The first DDR game I played in my hole life....LOVE IT

  • why did you duplicate the intros

  • because they have different slide show movie formats, the first was from DDR Solo BASS MIX, and the 2nd one was from DDR Solo 2000, spot the difference, let's paly a game "Where's Wally?"

  • 2:30

    It's From Kung Fu Panda!

    =3

  • "KUNG FU FIGHTING" (DDR 1st) not "KUNG FU FIGHTING [MIAMI BOOTY MIX]" (DDR Solo BASS MIX)

  • Sorry.

The Kung Fu Fighting (Original) It's Good In The Movie.

    -_-

  • yeah =)

  • RHYTHM ANDA POLICE (8)

    BEST SONG EVER

  • nice game n.n

    really nice =)

  • Where can you get the simfiles for this game? Seriously, I can't find Don't Clock Me ANYWHERE and it was even on DDR Extreme US! HELP!!!!!!

  • OK, never mind! I found it! =D

  • "DON'T CLOCK ME" is a DDR Solo BASS MIX song

  • great songs!!!

  • that was a kewl remix of dream a dream!

  • DREAM A DREAM [MIAMI BOOTY MIX]

    "DDR Solo 2000" song

  • wat a nice a great video!!!!!!!!!thnx for uploading it!!!

  • thank you also

  • good video

thanks i need the name of the songs

    ^^

  • thank you

  • I gotta find this mix, it seems like quite a compliment to those who want the songs for, but don't have access to the SOLO BASS/ 2000 mixes. Good songlist.

I kinda wish the rumor about the announcer saying You Suck!" when failing a song was true though. ;-(

  • i need heelppp

    T.T

    i downloaded this DDR ISO

and burned it , and my psx does runs it

but it doesnt show the preview of the songs

its completely silent until you choose a song

is it that the iso was corrupted?

or is it that thers some kind of option that you have to turn on in the menu

    i cant read japanese T.T

  • maybe the ISO you downloaded has errors while copying the CD

  • Omg i had this DDR in ps1..

  • this game is rare to find

  • I don't know if you take request for songs, but if you do, could you please do:

    Let the beat hit em!

Let the beat hit em! (BM II DX Version)

Let the beat hit em! (Classic R&B Style)

In a row? If you can, thanks.

Okay. The videos great by the way. :)

  • ok w8 for it

  • DDR is still the original.

ITG is a stepmania developer, they didin't even have an original cabinet for their stupid ITG so that's why KONAMI filed a case against roxor

  • Sorry to turn this into an ITG/DDR battle, but being first doesn't mean they're the best. ITG had what many DDR fans wanted, such as harder stepcharts with better designs, more information about the songs on the selection screen, and more modifiers. I admit they messed up with the cabinets, but the game itself is a great alternative to DDR.

  • well, the stepcharts created in DDR are from professional dancer (as in realistic steps) the best example is the "5, 6, 7, 8" song in EUROMIX2 rather than in ITG that those steps are weird, not a human dancer, you look like running NOT dancing. If you are a professional dancer you will understand why

  • It's like a really awesome version of Konamix.

  • "DDR KONAMIX" (PS USA) original interface is from "DDR 4thMIX" (ARCADE)

  • Yeah, I know. My local arcade had 4th MIX PLUS for a while... I wish there was a 5th nearby...

  • Oh... and sorry, but ITG is more than just a copycat. In my opinion, it's much better than DDR. It has a ton of features and new ideas, plus harder charts, most of them fun and designed well. The music is awesome too! Oh no! This isn't related to the video! I must play ping pong until I forget about the oven! Who needs ovens anyway?! *Flies away on his magical ping pong paddle*

  • FYI ITG developers is under fanmade stepmania, it's obvious

  • Still doesn't mean it's not a great game! :D

  • May I remind you csdthegreat that ITG stands for In The Grave. That shit was killed for being a blatant rip off and turning DDR games into ITG machines which is an obvious copyright infringement and theft. There was no way for Roxor to help defend itself, they had to settle out of court. Konami won, fact and still has the better games.

  • "which is an obvious copyright infringement and theft.

    No. Just infringement.

    Get your facts straight.

There is a degree of originality to go into making games, but what about space shooters or sports games? A lot of them are similar, yet you don't see this bullshit going on.

  • wow congrats, you have the BEST DDR version in ur local arcade

  • Extra mix is a very rare game today. 0.0

Also, I agree with you. DDR came first and I support it all the way.

  • and ITG is under fanmade STEPMANIA, no wonder!

  • I was wondering if you could play MY BABY MAMA,KISS ME (KCP Mix) and CAT'S EYE (Ventura Mix).

  • i'll try to make a video for it :)

  • video request posted

  • It's a pity they left out Petit love... Is this on ANY other DDR game?

  • No.

  • Well,it's on AC but not in CS.

  • "PETIT LOVE" never appear in any home versions

  • Whoa... long time without seeing that song list.

I remenbered that we use to had a "Home-made" arcade DDR machine back at my former hometown. It was an old DDR 2nd. Mix cabinet, that was restored and with a PlayStation inside.

  • Sorry, I meant Typical Tropical

  • "Typical Tropical" is a DDR Solo 2000 song

    DDR first debut before ITG

    and i dont like ITG

    ITG is a copycat

    DDR the original THE BEST

  • Original != best.

    Get off your high horse.

  • Tropical Tropical was actually in DDR first before ITG!?!?

  • Typical Tropical, Bumble Bee, Sunshine (As Follow The Sun) were all in DDR first.

  • A Notes For The Game... -They Put 3 "Let The Beat Hit Em!" Mixes In This Game -They Put 2 Different Songs With The Same Name "Sky High" -They Have The Another Banner Of "Get Up'n Move"

  • They Put 3 "Let The Beat Hit Em!" Mixes In This Game

    -u can't confuse cos they've subtitles

    "Let the beat hit em!"

"Let the beat hit em! [BM IIDX version]"

"Let the beat hit em! [CLASSIC R&B STYLE]"

  • They Put 2 Different Songs W/ The Same Name "Sky High"

    -u can't confuse cos they've diff ARTISTS

"SKY HIGH" by DJ MIKO (DDR Solo 2000)

"SKY HIGH" by LUCYFER (DDR 4thMIX PLUS)

They Have The Another Banner Of "Get Up'n Move"

-cos it's under DDR Solo BASS MIX & has diff song CUT

  • i played this game .. thaey really kill the song "id ont wana miss a thing "

  • a DDR Solo 2000 music

  • I wonder if the roumered existance of the announcer saying, "You Suck!" in EXTRA MIX when failing is true at all.

  • not really,

    it's either she says:

"that wasn't your best, you can do better"

"get off the stage you can't handle this"

"aaah, terrible get out of here"

"aaah, can't you hear the beat?"

    "don't give up, concentrate!"

  • It's rumored that in this game, if you fail, the anouncer says "You Suck!"

  • I've always wanted to hear that, maybe the uploader (of this vid) should try to capture that if it is indeed true.

  • huh? not really, even in DDR Solo BASS MIX or DDR Solo 2000

  • I want this game really badly... -_-

  • dont say that... i really played this game a lot if you want it i will give it to you.. but i dont like it im going to tell ya something play ddr 5th mix instead

  • Hah it has the Solo Announcer?

  • yes, as you heard it

  • Great mix.

  • ME WANT GAME!

    ur...

    GAMES!
