I dont know where the John 5 thing came from, I never saw any reports on that, and John denies it. Ozzy had Gus G lined up before he fired Zakk; it is funny because he said he wanted a new sound and didnt want to sound like Zakk's band. Yet he has Gus G play all the songs just like Zakk played them with all the pinch harmonics and chugging, the only difference is that it now sounds like that typical nasally thrash metal tone... which I never expected to hear from Ozzy.
