@lucypolki at the time that the video was made it was a new piercing here in Brazil of a flexible material called BIOPLAS. went good for one year, does not hurt or inflamed. I removed it by choice. the piercing process was also less invasive than in the case of the surface bar. It is not an exact science dude, there are several solutions for a problem, some of them will be ok, some not....in my case, it was good ; )

@lucypolki I got my hip piercings almost a year ago whit bioplast bars like that and let me tell you that ir works perfectly mine are perfect rigth now and it kinda heals faster that a surface bar..

@renarean1997 theres some tipes of surface bars, mine was made of a plastic material called ptb, it's a cirurgic plastic, so it's flexible, the one that are curved at the ends are made from a metalic material. mina hurt, a little, there's some peopple that say it don't hurt at all, but, it's relative from peopple to peopple.

dépend, l'espace entre les deux trous est peu un grand, et j'ai senti le type mettre beaucoup de force dans mon cou, je pense qu'il est difficile de percer cette partie.

cartilagem? bom, eu não entendo mtu de anatomia, mas acho q não tem cartilagem na nuca, cartilagem é um tipo de tecido que envolve articulações, ou que sustenta algumas estruturas mais moles do corpo, como a ponta do nariz, ou a orelha. sobre "catar" na espinha "medulal", não se preocupe, a perfuração ocorre entre a pele e o músculo, logo, passa longe da espinha MEDULAR, ou dorsal.

here in Brazil, we call this material "bioplas" it´s like a plastic that don´t cause an infection and alergic reactions, and it´s flexible.... it´s cheap than the surface bar, and cause less damage to the skin. ^~'
